Refund policy

If you wish to return an item, you need to contact us via email within 14 days of receiving it. We accept returns on unworn or defective items. Tags must be attached. Returns are credited to original form of payment. To process a return please email boutiquelmf@gmail.com and provide your order number.

Items reported beyond this window or show signs of wear/damage will be refused. Intimates/Bras/Jewellery/Accessories and Sales items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable
